medical conditions that make them vulnerable.  Participants can include those who may not have family or friends, who may not be able to get out of the house easily or those that could benefit from knowing someone in the community that cares about their safety and well-being. 

Senior Call-Up Program

The Orange County TRIAD sponsors the Senior Call-Up Program to provide seniors in our area with welfare checks to ensure their safety and well-being.  The program utilizes trained volunteers  to place these welfare calls at a prescheduled time. 


The program is intended for seniors who live alone, have little or no contact with others on a daily basis or have  




Calls are made Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.  If the preschedule call is not answered, TRIAD volunteers will take the necessary steps, which include calling emergency contacts and dispatching a deputy to go to the residence. 


Program participants must be a resident of Orange County and need to complete the application and waiver forms below and have them on file with TRIAD.
